Richard has more than 15 years of functional and strategic understanding of manufacturing operations, leading for safety, quality management and transformation, experience in applying best practice in relation to a site operation, continuous improvement and change management, coaching, team leadership and people management, analytical and auditing skills, project and business management, with the aim of delivering breakthrough performance to achieve supply chain excellence. 

With a total of 39 years experience in the brewing industry, Alastair has spent 22 years in the UK with Allied Breweries (latterly Carlsberg–Tetley) and 17 years with SAB Ltd / SABMiller. Alastair is a Fellow of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. He has held the positions of Deputy President and of President of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling during 2008 - 2011 and is currently Secretary and Treasurer of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling - Africa Section. 

An Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD) Master Brewer (2005) with 26 years’ experience in the beverage industry. Craig has 14 years’ experience at SABMiller, 3 years at SurePure Inc in South Africa and global, 2 years with Cara Technology UK and global, 1 year at Lyras A/S, owner of SCG Consulting CC and Master Brewer Consulting PTY (Ltd) which service the beverage industry.
