Join us for an engaging workshop session from 86-Carbon in association with Murphy and Son. Discover the basics of climate change's impact on the brewing sector and explore actionable solutions for your brewery.
This workshop will take you through practical discussions and idea sharing, equipping you with the tools to lower your brewery's carbon footprint by up to 15%.
Following the session, all learners can complete a short online module to become certificated in Carbon Literacy from the internationally recognised Carbon Literacy Project.
The bar at The Tetley will be open throughout to facilitate networking between participants.
Attendees are invited to stay for a beer and buffet at the end to continue networking and socialising after the event!
Speaker
- Chris Terry from 86 Carbon is a registered environmental practitioner and member of IEMA, with over a decade of experience in the hospitality and brewing sector.
- About 86 Carbon: 86 Carbon forms part of a wider project seeking a co-evolutionary framework for the brewing and hospitality sector. We are seeking the answer to the questions “How can the sector have a positive impact” and “how can we can create and influence change”.
