Following the successful Sustainability Roundtable "Sustainability II: The Brewers Perspective" at the Brewers' Hall in 2022, the IBD Southern Section hosted another roundtable on 17th November 2023. The roundtable was chaired by Professor David Cook (University of Nottingham, Trustee of the IBD).
